Obviously, he’s copying youtube videos provided by other synthol/steroid/hgh users who are well pleased with the type of body that comes with a simple injection or popped pill. Oh, only if someone would’ve warned him that “…nothing is free.” The video changes to the same young man; now unconscious and with a breathing apparatus inserted down his throat.
We watch as a gloved medical service provider wipes his arm in a most delicate manner. Why? Isn’t it obvious?
